Orders placed before 10 pm CET will be shipped the next day. Please allow 1-3 business days for your product(s) to arrive.
Europe
Orders placed before 10 pm CET will be shipped the next day. Please allow 3-5 business days for your product(s) to arrive.
Other countries
Unfortunately, we do not ship worldwide (yet). If you live outside of Europe and would like to order any of our products, we ask you to contact us at support@jovicollection.nl
Carriers
Packages are sent either with PostNL or DPD
Track &Trace
There are extra costs involved for a track&trace number for some countries.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will find a solution for you! Our products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days within Europe after the delivery date.
In both cases, we ask you to email us at support@jovicollection.nl and provide us with your order number and your shipping address so that we can start the return/exchange process.
Jovi Collection does not cover shipping costs in both an exchange or a return process.
