Can I pay with a gift voucher?You can only pay with official Jovi Collection discount codes. We do not provide gift vouchers (yet).

How do I know if a product is in stock?The product image shows "out of stock" when a product is out of stock.

Can I change my address after an order is placed?An address can be changed until 10 pm on the day the order is placed. Contact us at support@jovicollection.nl, please include your order number and the correct address.

Can I change an order after it is completed?If you want to add a product to a completed order you can contact us at support@jovicollection.nl before 10 pm the same day and the product will be added to your purchase.

How many days will it take for me to receive my purchase?Orders placed before 10pm will be shipped the next day. Shipping time may vary depending on where you live. The Netherlands: 1-3 business days Europe: 3-5 business days

My product is damaged, what do I do?"We pack our products with a lot of care, so it reaches you in good condition. In the unfortunate situation of a damaged product we ask you to contact us at support@jovicollection.nl providing us your order number, a description and pictures of the damage(s). We will contact you within a few days to fix the problem.

I have a complaint, who do I contact?"We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our service and would love to improve, therefore we ask you to send us an email to support@jovicollection.nl so we can find a solution for your issue. Please allow us up to three business days to respond to your email.
